Essential storage

Staff and client sign-in use browser storage to maintain the authentication session. The shared website may also read or refresh an existing session on public pages. Google sign-in is optional for client accounts and involves Google and the managed sign-in service. Hosting and connected services may use cookies or similar technology necessary for security and service delivery. Browser storage is not limited to cookies.

External requests & diagnostics

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and imagery from hosting services. These requests can expose IP addresses and other connection information to those providers. Hosting and preview tools may collect technical error diagnostics. We do not represent that no technical data is collected or that all hosting-controlled cookie names and expiry periods have been independently verified.

Optional analytics & advertising

We have not enabled optional advertising or behavioral analytics tracking in the application. This notice is not permission to introduce it. If optional tracking is added, this notice will be updated and an appropriate choice mechanism will be provided before activation where consent is required. Rejecting optional tracking will not prevent booking or contacting us.
