Information you provide
Booking collects your name, email, appointment time and any optional business name, phone, business type, selected priority, topic or notes you provide. An inquiry collects your name, email, optional business name and message. Client accounts store an email and optional display and business names. Portal onboarding stores the service scope, agreed pricing and payment terms, agreement text, consent and pricing confirmations, typed electronic signature and signing or withdrawal timestamps. The private portal contains bookings and the session notes and Business Fingerprint records that authorized staff expressly share with your account. Please do not submit passwords, financial credentials or private employee or customer records.
How information is used
We use submitted details to respond, arrange conversations, prepare for meetings and manage related contacts, tasks and client work. Booking or sending an inquiry does not by itself authorize promotional invitations. Marketing requires recorded permission and is subject to opt-out controls.
Optional qualification and prospect context
Alpha Fit Engine offers optional business-need, intended business-investment, decision-process and readiness questions. Answers remain in the page until you choose to save them for appointment management or review. Saved answers, a versioned preliminary routing decision and associated booking or review history are private staff records, not a diagnosis, a credit assessment or proof of funding. We do not ask for personal income, bank balances or credit scores. Approved researched businesses may be matched to a real contact and a confirmed client account by authorized staff. Only an expressly assigned conversation is shown to that client; internal research and CRM notes are not shared. The client chooses whether to consent and book. Qualification and booking do not grant marketing permission.
Payments
Stripe handles the embedded payment form, including payment-method and billing details you enter. We do not store raw card numbers or security codes. We retain agreed amounts and currency, provider checkout/payment references, payment status, settlement and refund records to manage your engagement and reconcile payments. A checkout return page or signed agreement alone is not payment evidence. Test-mode payments are not real collected revenue. Contact us for payment or refund assistance.
Service providers and access
Records are stored through Lovable Cloud. Authorized staff access business records according to their permissions. When configured, Resend processes outgoing emails. Authorized staff may request AI-assisted session preparation through Lovable’s AI Gateway, sharing contact details, company context, notes, booking history and activity summaries. Generated briefs are saved and require human review. Public forms do not automatically request an AI brief. Service providers process information needed for those functions.
Security & retention
Private records use authenticated access and role-based permissions. No system can promise absolute security. We retain information only as needed to respond to inquiries, provide and document services, manage disputes and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Needs vary by record category: inquiry and booking records support follow-up, engagement records document work, and payment or agreement records support legal and accounting requirements. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. You may request deletion; we explain any records that must be retained. Minimal suppression records may be kept to honor marketing opt-outs.
Your choices & privacy contact
Email alphavisionmethod@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing permission. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, but will not ask for account passwords or financial credentials. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Campaign emails include an unsubscribe route. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent necessary messages about an appointment or engagement you requested.
Sharing & processing locations
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information with service providers as needed for the functions described above, and where required by law or to protect lawful rights and security. Provider infrastructure may process information in the United States or other locations; privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We do not claim a particular international-transfer certification or safeguard that has not been verified.
Children & policy updates
This website is intended for business users, not children under 18. Do not submit information about children. Contact us if you believe such information was provided. Policy changes will appear here with a revised effective date; materially new uses requiring permission will not be treated as authorized by your earlier inquiry.
