Who we are & contacting us
ALPHA VISION METHOD LLC is a business registered in Montana, United States. These terms govern use of this website; an individual engagement also requires a written service agreement. For business, scheduling, refund or legal questions, email alphavisionmethod@gmail.com or use our contact page. A mailing address for formal correspondence can be requested through that contact.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive information, disrupt the service or share information you are not authorized to disclose. Educational demonstrations and the public Business Fingerprint are illustrative samples, not assessments of your company.
Conversations and engagements
A Business Fit Conversation is free, lasts 45 minutes and does not commit you to purchase. The Business Inside-Out Reset consists of three private 75-minute working sessions focused on one selected workflow. Before a paid engagement, scope, investment, responsibilities and completion criteria must be agreed in writing. Investment is discussed on your call; no standard public price is offered. Clients with an individually prepared, shared agreement may confirm service consent and private USD pricing, sign electronically, and use embedded checkout when payments are enabled. Signing does not collect money. A paid booking is available only after provider-confirmed payment and current active agreement checks. The calendar currently reserves 45-minute appointments; this reservation does not change the working-session duration or deliverables in your signed agreement. Checkout in the preview is test-only; live payments require provider activation.
Rescheduling & cancellation
To reschedule a conversation or working session, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Use the appointment time stated in your confirmation. If an emergency prevents that notice, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available alternatives. We do not impose an undisclosed late-rescheduling fee. Cancellation arrangements for paid work are set out in the written engagement agreement and do not remove the money-back guarantee below.
30-day money-back guarantee
Paid ALPHA VISION METHOD services carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund of the amount paid for the engagement by emailing alphavisionmethod@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after payment. Include your name and enough information to identify the payment; do not send card details or banking credentials. The deadline includes day 30. No proof of business results is required. We will acknowledge the request and arrange the refund to the original payment method where possible; your payment provider determines when the credit appears. This guarantee does not promise a financial or operational outcome and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Service boundaries
We provide scoped operational support, not legal representation, tax representation or regulated financial advice. We do not guarantee revenue, profitability or any particular business result. Complex integrations, unlimited consulting and unrelated implementations are outside the standard scope.
Materials and availability
Website materials are provided for information. You may view, download and use public samples for your own internal reference; this does not transfer ownership or permit resale or misleading presentation as your own work. Other reproduction requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Availability may change and third-party services may be interrupted. We do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law & changes
These website terms are governed by Montana law and applicable United States federal law, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. Contact us first to discuss a concern; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to lawful remedies. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. A later website update does not retroactively reduce an agreed guarantee or change a signed engagement without agreement.
